Online Registration
Please read the conference guidelines, then proceed to the online registration site via the 'REGISTER NOW' button at the bottom of this page.
Symposium Registration includes daily continental breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, conference reception, and one copy of the conference proceedings.
Tutorial Registration includes daily continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks plus one copy of the tutorial notes. Admission to the tutorials IS NOT included with symposium registration and requires an additional fee which is PER 1/2 day TUTORIAL.
The online registration form is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and can only be read by IEEE Hot Interconnects. Your information will be verified and an electronic receipt provided, which you should print out and keep for your records.
Member and Student Discounts
To qualify for the discounted Member rates, you must be a member of IEEE or the IEEE Computer Society, and include your membership number(s) at the time of registration. To qualify for the Student rate you must be a full time student. Students must be prepared to present a current student ID on site.

Invitation Letters
Invitation letters can be issued only to speakers, presenters, committee members, IEEE members or persons known by the organizing, steering or program committees. In addition registration fees must be paid in full before the letter is provided. Letters will only be sent by US Postal Mail or fax and only to the individual registered for the conference. Please contact HotI Registration regarding Visa letters.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover Card) or bank check. Wire transfers are NOT accepted. No registrations will be accepted over the phone.
On-site Registration
On-site registrants will pay late registration fees. Forms of payment accepted on site: credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover Card), traveler's checks, company or personal checks, and cash. Wire transfers will not be accepted at on-site registration.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations and substitutions are allowed. However, full registration fees will be charged unless a cancellation notice is received in writing on or before 17 August, 2012. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations canceled after the meeting begins. No-shows will be billed. Contact IEEE Hot Interconnects for substitutions (allowed at any time). A letter on your company's letterhead is required from the original registrant stating the conditions of the substitution and the name of the replacement. Submit cancellation/substitution notices to HotI Registration.
Attendee List
As some registrants request that their names be left off of our mailing lists, it is IEEE Hot Interconnects' policy not to distribute an attendee list to registrants on-site.
