For Stanford Campus Housing:
Single or shared rooms are available in campus residences while you are attending the conference. Bathrooms are shared with other guests of the same gender. There is no air conditioning in the residences.The single occupancy rate is $50.75/night. The shared rate is $36.75/night per person. To apply, click on the name of your conference listed in the Application Procedures section. Enter the password 425hot, fill out and submit the application and deposit form. Applications must be received before your arrival on campus. As housing is very tight this summer, we will not be able to accommodate attendees who have not made their arrangements in advance.

Residences are about a 15 minute walk to Teaching Center at Science and Engineering Quad (TCSeq).

The Residence Check-in Office is open
Weekdays: 8am - 10pm
Weekends: 10am - 10pm
Standard Check-in Time: 3pm

If you arrive outside of these hours, there will be a notice posted on the door next to the campus phone with the number to contact the person on duty. If you arrive early and the room isn't ready, you will have to wait.
