Online Registration

Please read the conference guidelines and pricing information below.
Symposium Registration includes daily continental breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, Conference Dinner Reception, and one copy of the conference proceedings. Extra dinner tickets may be purchased on-site for $45 (USD).

Tutorial Registration includes daily continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks plus one copy of the tutorial notes. Admission to the tutorials IS NOT included with symposium registration and requires an additional fee which is PER 1/2 day TUTORIAL .

Important Dates
15 August 2006 -- Advance registration fees end Midnight Pacific Daylight Time.
16 August 2006 -- Late/On-site registration fees in effect.
16 August 2006 -- Cancellation deadline -- cancellations MUST be in writing
10 August 2006 -- All wire transfers and check payments must be received to avoid on-site registration and payment. Copies are not accepted.

The online registration form is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and can only be read by IEEE Hot Interconnects. Your information will be verified and an electronic receipt provided, which should be printed out and kept for your records.

Member and Student Discounts
To qualify for the discounted Member rates, you must be a member of IEEE or the IEEE Computer Society, and include your membership number(s) at the time of registration. To qualify for the Student rate you must be a full time student. Students must present a current student ID on site.

Invitation Letters
Invitation letters can be issued only to speakers, presenters, committee members, IEEE members or persons known by the organizing, steering or program committees. In addition registration fees must be paid in full before the letter is provided. Letters will only be sent by US Postal Mail or fax and only to the individual registered for the conference. Please contact Songkrant Muneenaem regarding Visa letters.

Payment
Payment must accompany all registration forms and can be made by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover Card), bank check, or wire transfer. For international wire transfers, please contact Songkrant Muneenaem for account information. Wire transfer fees may apply. Checks or money orders must be in U.S. funds, drawn on U.S. banks, and payable to IEEE Hot Interconnects. No registrations will be accepted over the phone. Forms received without actual payment WILL NOT be processed.

On-site Registration
On-site registrants will pay late registration fees. Forms of payment accepted on site: credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover Card), traveler's checks, company or personal checks, and cash. Wire transfers will not be accepted at on-site registration.

Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations and substitutions are allowed. However, full registration fees will be charged unless a cancellation notice is received in writing on or before Wednesday, 16 August 2005. A $25 handling fee will be applied to all canceled registrations. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations canceled after the meeting begins. No-shows will be billed. Contact IEEE Hot Interconnects for substitutions (allowed at any time). A letter on your company's letterhead is required from the original registrant stating the conditions of the substitution and the name of the replacement. Submit cancellation/substitution notices to Songkrant Muneenaem.

Attendee List
As some registrants request that their names be left off of our mailing lists, it is IEEE Hot Interconnects' policy not to distribute an attendee list to registrants on-site.
